We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed products with original tags intact.
Exchanges are valid within 15 days from the date of purchase.
If you receive the wrong size from our end or if the ordered size doesn't fit, we offer exchanges. However, the customer is required to pay 50% of the product's price for the new item and return the previous item to the delivery personnel.
Please return damaged or defective products at the time of delivery only.
Customers must return the product via traceable delivery, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense to the address provided. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We accept returns for unworn or unwashed products with original tags within 7 days of purchase.
We craft our products with utmost care. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you can return it, and we will issue you a 100% store credit for the purchase price (shipping and discounts excluded).
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for returns. Customers returning items will receive refunds in the form of store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
